Pride is not only a celebration, it’s also a fight. For rights, respect, support, love and life itself. With all of the colour and attitude and passion that comes with Pride, it becomes all too easy to forget the hard parts and focus on the fun. So rather than add to the colourful noise, our aim is to go beyond it and reveal some of the powerful stories that give it such meaning. Beyond the rainbow supports the UN Free & Equal campaign, a global initiative for LGBTIQ+ equality led by United Nations Human Rights. UN Free & Equal is a global United Nations campaign for equal rights and the fair treatment of LGBTIQ+ people everywhere. The initiative aims to build a world where everyone has the right to a free and equal life, no matter who they are or who they love.
